The Website only sells products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card/debit card. If you are under sixteen (16), you may use the Website only with the express permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
www.irishrockartbatik.ie reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
Purchasing on our site
When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. For items in stock, these will ship in 1-3 working days.
For made–to-order or personalised pieces, please allow 4 – 10 working days for the item to be made before shipping. If your order isn’t in stock then it needs to be handmade, in this case we will notify you of the timeframe by email when we receive your order.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
All deliveries are sent by registered post, you will receive an email notification with online tracking information once your order ships.

Covid-19, Customs and In Country restrictions:
Delivery times are out of our control in the case of customs some locations restrictions etc. and please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to Covid 19 restrictions. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to Covid 19, customs, in country restrictions etc.
When ordering goods from our site for delivery outside Europe, your merchandise is exported free of Irish Taxes. However, all merchandise may be subject to Duty or other Taxes on importation to your own country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from our site, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Shipping fees are calculated at Checkout. We use An Post registered tracked delivery.
The customer is responsible for any international custom duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or tariffs levied that may be charged after the initial postage.

- UK, including England, Scotland and Wales: 3 – 5 working days €13.50
- Europe: 4 – 5 working days €14.00
- USA: 4 – 5 working days €16.00
- ROW: 6 – 9 working days €16.00
Returns, Exchange Policy and Statutory Right to Cancel
We really hope you love your Irish Rock Art Batik order, however we accept that sometimes your order needs to be returned.
However, we cannot offer returns for items which have been personalised.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order on firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept returned items in their original condition only with no signs of wear and tear and with original tags intact. Please use a trackable mode of postage only for your item to reach us safely.
All return items should reach us within 28 working days from the date the order was delivered.
The returns and shipping charges are at your cost.
After we have received the goods, we will either send new goods to you with additional courier fee or arrange the refund. The refund amount will be the sales amount minus the courier fee.
In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return costs as well as the cost of sending the new item.
Statutory Right to Cancel
If you are an Irish or EU customer, in addition to our Returns or Exchange Procedure, under the Distance Selling Regulations you also have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) to cancel your purchase order.
These legal rights do not apply to non-EU customers.
When you visit the Website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
